How to update payment methods

Update the card or payment method used for your Ferndesk subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling in your Ferndesk dashboard.

  2. Select Manage billing.

  3. In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Add payment method or edit your existing card.

  4. Enter your new payment details and save.

Your updated payment method will be used for future charges.

All payment information is securely processed by Stripe. Ferndesk does not store your card details.
