Crisp integration
Connect your Crisp account to Ferndesk so Fern can read your resolved conversations and identify documentation gaps.
Before you begin
You need an active Crisp account to complete this integration. If you do not have one, create one on the Crisp website.
Connect Crisp
Go to the Integrations page in your Ferndesk dashboard.
Find the Crisp card and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Crisp to authorize the connection. Log in to your Crisp account if you are not already logged in.
Follow the on-screen instructions to grant Ferndesk permission to access your Crisp account.
Once you have authorized the connection, you will be redirected back to Ferndesk.
Once connected, the Crisp card shows a Manage connections button.
What happens after connecting
Fern will begin importing your resolved conversations to identify documentation gaps and suggest updates to your help center. Support trends from Crisp appear in Reporting under Intelligence. To automatically receive documentation gap recommendations, enable scheduled audits in Settings > Automations.
