Hubspot Integration

Connect your HubSpot account to Ferndesk to migrate your help center, or import your support tickets. Fern uses this data to generate and update your help center content automatically.

You'll need access to your HubSpot knowledge base and support inbox to complete this connection.

Connect HubSpot

Go to Integrations in your Ferndesk dashboard and click the Support tab.

Find the HubSpot tile and click Connect.

In the modal, click Connect again to authorize the integration.

You'll be redirected to HubSpot to grant permissions. Once complete, you'll return to Ferndesk and your HubSpot connection will be active.

Manage connections

After connecting, the HubSpot tile shows Manage connections. Click it to view your connections, add additional HubSpot accounts, or reconnect if authorization expires.

Fern automatically syncs your HubSpot knowledge base articles and support conversations to keep your help center current.
