How to cancel your subscription

Cancel your Ferndesk subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling in your Ferndesk dashboard.

  2. Select Manage billing.

  3. In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Cancel plan.

  4. Confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to the free plan.

Canceling stops future charges but does not refund your current billing period.
