How to view and download invoices

View your billing history and download invoice PDFs through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Access your invoices

1. Go to Settings → Billing in your Ferndesk dashboard.

2. Select Manage billing.

3. In the Stripe Customer Portal, view your invoice history.

4. Select any invoice to view details or download the PDF.

Invoices include your payment date, amount, plan details, and billing address.
